Aim Court Mission Statement
The mission of AIM Court is to provide support, education, direction and encouragement to women who have issues with AODA and/or mental health concerns so that they can be empowered to establish a healthy crime free life style. The goal is to keep families healthy and intact utilizing the art of persuasion vs. punishment.

The Goals of Aim Court
- To prevent families from irreparable harm that can be caused while mothers are incarcerated
- Utilize reliable and valid research tools to make recommendations to the Court based on Risk/Needs and readiness for change
- To ensure families remain intact in a safe and secure environment
- Help the AIM participant to break the cycle of substance abuse
- Offer effective sanctions, rewards, continuing care, and treatment programming
- Increase employment stability and encourage participants to obtain an HSED/GED
- Reduce drug and alcohol related crimes, as well as crimes committed due to mental illness, and to increase community safety
- Provide the court with valid and reliable information, based on current research-based practices, which will add value in case disposition processes
